Fernandez de Arcaya, reservaFernandez de Arcaya, reservaFernández de Arcaya reserva
Harvest: Selected grapes from our vineyards. Grape variety: Cabernet Sauvignon (100%).
Elaboration: Cool maceration of selected grapes for at least 48 hours, and then fermented under controlled temperature lower than 28ºC/82ºF, in stainles steel small tanks for 35 days in contact with grape peels.
Because fermented in contact with natural grape peels, the wine becames a balanced estructure, color, and tanins for future aging in barrels, and bottle.
Oak barrels aging: minimun 24 months in new french and american 225 liters oak barrels.
Wine description: Fernandez de Arcaya Reserva is a modern style wine with deep red craberry color full flavored from grape fruits notes, and cleary notes of new oaks. Hight quality wine, personnel style wine,elaborated on great vintages form die to obtain each vintage the better organoleptical character from grapes. Wine ready to be drinked now and also to keep for long time.
Consumption recomended temperature: 19º/66ºF.
Alcoholic content: 12-13,5% Vol.
Bottle type: Bordeles green glass 75cl/750ml.


Viña Perguita reserva
Harvest: Selected grapes from our vineyards. Grapes varieties: Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
Elaboration: Cool maceration of selected grapes for at least 48 hours, and then fermented under controlled temperature lower than 28ºC/82ºF, in stainles steel small tanks for 30 days in contact with grape peels.
Because fermented in contact with natural grape peels, the wine becames a balanced estructure, color, and tanins for future aging in barrels, and bottle.
Oak barrels aging: 24 months in french and american 225 liters oak barrels.
Wine description: Viña Perguita Reserva is a traditional style wine with red plum color full flavored from few grape fruits notes, and intense notes of fine oaks. It ́s traditional hight cuality bouquet present nice combination of wine structure and aging.
Wine ready to be drunk now and also available for drinking in long time.
Consumption recomended temperature: 19ºC/66ºF.
Alcoholic content: 12-13,5%.

Because fermented in contact with natural grape peels, the wine becames a balanced estructure, color, and tanins for future aging in barrels, and bottle.
Oak barrels aging: 12 months in french and american 225 liters oak barrels.
Wine description: Viña Perguita Crianza is a modern style wine with deep red cherry color full flavored from grape fruits notes, and their nice combination with fine oaks. It ́s bouquet looks interesting, fantastic combination of grape and aging, soft and nice balanced. With own character.
Wine ready to be drunk now and also available for drinking in long time.

Viña Perguita robleViña Perguita, tinto roble
Viña Perguita roble Harvest: Selected grapes from our vineyards. Grapes varieties: Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
Elaboration: Cool maceration of selected grapes for at least 48 hours, and then fermented under controlled temperature lower than 28ºC/82ºF, in stainles steel small tanks for 20 days in contact with grape peels.
Because fermented in contact with natural grape peels, the wine becames a balanced estructure, color, and tanins for future aging in barrels, and bottle.
Oak barrels aging: 4 months in french and american 225 liters oak barrels.
Viña Perguita Roble have exceptional combination from grape flavour and oak tanins. It's bouquet looks so pleasant on the fruits and oak notes combination. So soft and sweet tanic wrapper on wine organoleptic character
Wine ready to be dinked now and also available for drink in long time.
Consumption recomended temperature: 17ºC/65ºF.
Alcoholic content: 12-13,5%.
Bottle type: Bordeles green glass 75cl/750ml.


Viña Perguita, rose

Grape variety: Garnacha.
Elaboration: Cool maceration of selected grapes for 12 to 24 hours, and then fermented under controlled temperature, in stainles steel small tanks for 15 days, due to obtain full flavor and tast.
Wine description: Flavor and tasting so clear and pleasant, on the character of grape genuineness
Consumption recomended temperature: 10ºC/50ºF.

Alcoholic content: 12-13,5% by vol.
Bottle presentation: Bordelesa white glass 75cl/750ml and 50cl/500ml.
Boxes presentation: We use to pack six (6) bottles each box.
However it is possible to pack twelve bottles each box by order.


Viña Perguita, young white

Grapes varieties: Viura and chadornay.
Product description (tasting):
Pale golden yellow. Slightly intense powerfull aroma of ripe white fruit with hints of flowers and fine herbs. Freshy palate with fine bitter notes, and a warm slightly oily texture and excelent acidity.

Alcoholic content: 12-13% by vol.
Bottle presentation:
Bordelesa 0,75 l bottles.
Boxes presentation:
We use to pack twelve bottles each box.
However it is possible to pack six bottles each box by order.
