This is a mention about our cellar to indicate that in the Salón Internacional del Club de Gourmets celebrated in Madrid this new cellar has been presented. In this report is detailed the own vineyard and the wines we elaborate. It is explained the special reserva presentation used, labeled with oval labels that reproduce a photograph of the cellar inner and a backlabel with a shell form because the vineyards and the cellars are located in the historic Way to Santiago. (However this presentation is not used in some countries)

This is a report commenting the contributions that the telecommunications engineers do outside our specialized work. Then the author explain how the two Fernández de Arcaya brothers took the initiative to build a modern cellar. Our cellars origin is explained, our own vineyard are mentioned and the cellar installations are detailed as well as the wines we elaborate. Some comments about the wines are included, so the author prefers a coupage of Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon. The Crianza Viña Perguita label is reproduced.
